Draft Shimmer3R JavaScript API Now Available
We’re excited to share an early draft of the Shimmer3R JavaScript API, designed to make it simple to stream and use Shimmer3R sensor data directly in modern browsers. This approach works across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS (via Web Bluetooth–capable browsers like Chrome and Bluefy).
To demonstrate what’s possible, we’ve included a new example: a Breakout-style game controlled entirely by EMG signals. Wrist flexion and extension move the paddle in real time, showing how biosignals can create fun and intuitive interactive experiences. Please see the demo video below.
API draft
This is an early-stage effort, and we’re looking for collaborators—whether you want to help shape the API, build demos, or explore Shimmer3R’s wide ranging sensing capabilities.
